The agents with the Stamps Realty are screened vigorously to ensure that we only hire agents with a strong work and moral ethic.  Because our owner is a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee (which processes ethics complaints), our hiring standards are VERY stringent. 

Experience Counts 

Unlike traditional brokerages, which allow anyone to practice real estate as long as they pay their office bill, Stamps Realty only hires REALTORS with previous real estate experience. Their performance is then closely monitored to ensure your experience is always up to our high standards of performance.

Online Tools

Our website allows you to search all homes for sale in the MLS System along with an advanced new home search.  We want our clients to be fully aware of what homes are available throughout middle Tennessee.  However, because not all homes are listed on the MLS, we ask you to register so that we may send you a questionnaire to help match you to your perfect home.  We promise you will never receive a spam email once you register.  You will only be sent information on homes fitting your wants and needs.  If no new listings pop on the market, you won't get any email.

 

(Our newest toy!)  Once you have found your home and are ready to write a contract, all of our contract documents are fully electronic (including signature) - no more printing, faxing, scanning, copying and trying to read blurry contracts!  Everything is now a simple "click" and able to be stored as a .pdf document.

Our #1 goal is client satisfaction. Therefore, if at any time during your real estate transaction you feel something is not quite right, you are more than welcome to contact me directly with any questions or concerns you may have.
