Not a Body Shop – There's no 80/20 rule here - 100% of our agents are full time, successful, CAREER agents. Are you a new agent? If so, ask about our "hard core" mentoring program!
Not a Profit Center – We don’t take on 100 bodies and/or charge high office fees to make a profit. Our “splits” are rolled back into advertising and lead generation so YOU get more leads and YOU make more money. Our “fees” only include actual expenses (MLS, Appointment Desk, etc.).

100% Paperless Technology - Are you still printing, scanning, faxing and copying 100's of pages per transaction? Why? With all the technology available to agents today, it's very easy (and cheap) to be 100% paperless!

Lead Generation – Because profits are rolled back into advertising and lead generation, our agents make more money in the long run. Our Leads are scrubbed (no more "Fred Flintstone" leads!) and assigned immediately (so they’re HOT when you get them).
Mentoring/Training – Whether you are a top producer or working to get there, everyone can improve. Our hands-on training/mentoring focuses on your weaknesses and challenges you to improve.
Virtual Office - We are a (mostly) virtual office. We only hire REALTORS® disciplined enough to work from home. You will have complete Broker support, but you’ll need to be 100% mobile or home based. (Don’t worry, we can help you set that up).
